When do you use it?
HEAT THERAPY: Apply heat if you have stiff joints, muscle tension & stiffness or chronic muscle and joint pain.
COLD THERAPY:
Any cold treatment should be used for 24 to 48 hours after an injury. Cold therapy is good for sprains, strains, bumps, and bruises that may occur in sports or lifting. Apply cold packs to the injured areas for no more than 20 minutes at a time, removing the cold for 10 minutes and reapplying it again.
Excellent temperature retention
Our wheat bags have excellent temperature retention, are durable and can withstand repeated freezing or heating in a microwave.
Heat in the microwave for Hot Pack
- Place the bag in microwave with a cup of water
- Heat for 2-3 mins on high.
- Test the bag on the back of your hand to check if its warm enough.
- If you want it warmer, microwave for another 30 seconds. (Product can be easily heated for 3 or 4 minutes)
- Apply to the affected area.
Cool in the freezer for Cold Pack
Simply store it in the freezer in a plastic bag and use it when you need a quick cool down or for helping with sprains and strains or new injuries by reducing inflammation & swelling.
Simple to Store!
Make sure the wheat bag is completely cool and moisture free before storing in a cool dry place.
It is recommended that the wheat bag be heated at least once in 15 days for maintenance.
